Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale (Doncaster)

Foaled: 12th April 2017

Second produce of stakes winning mare Clenor. The dam was trained in Ireland as a 2 year old by Tommy Stack and was placed 3rd in the Group 3 Grangecon Stud Stakes over 6 furlongs, before travelling over to America to be trained by Doug O'Neil at the end of the season. She then won two stakes races at Del Mar and Santa Anita before finishing a very respectable 8th of 14 (beaten 6 lengths) in the ill-fated Chriselliams Breeders Cup Juvenile fillies.

She has so far produced one foal; a filly by hot young sire Kingman who realised 48,000 guineas at the Craven Breeze up sale to Peter and Ross Doyle. She is currently in training with Richard Hannon and although Clenor herself has no foal at foot she is in foal to the exceptional Dark Angel.

A 60,000 EUR purchase at the Goffs November foal sale, she is the second produce of Peace Palace who is a half sister to group 3 scorers Osaila, Dawn Wall, and Obama Rule. She hails from the family of the massively influential broodmare Detroit, dam of Arc de Triomphe winner Carnegie.

Third produce of Jadeamie, an unraced daughter of Raven's Pass out of the Group 3 winning and Group 1 placed 2 year old Dhanyata. She is a half sister to Mohogany who has shown a decent level of form in his few starts this season for Peter Chapple-Hyam. The mare currently has a foal at foot by Brazen Beau and is being rested this season.

He is a half brother to listed scorer and group 2 placed Katla and is a half brother to 4 other winners.

First foal of the regally-bred Galileo mare Follow a Star who is a 3/4 sister to champion 3 year old Alexandrova and half sister to the Group 1 winning two year old Magical Romance. The pedigree has received brillliant updates in the past year as Follow a Star hails from the immediate family of Sitara, dam of Melbourne Cup winner Rekindling and Bella Qatara (daughter of Alexandrova), who is the dam of listed scorer and exciting 3 year old colt by Al Kazeem named Aspetar. Follow a Star currently has a stunning Fastnet Rock colt at foot and returned barren this year to Invincible Spirit.

A strapping son of the brilliant Dutch Art, this colt is a half brother to Eaton Square(GB)/Champion Pride(HK), a winning 2 year old owned by Coolmore and trained by John Gosden who realised 360,000 GNS at the 2016 Craven Breeze up sale. Sold to Hong Kong at the end of his three year old campaing, he is currently in training with John Moore. He is also a half brother to 450,000 GNS 2014 Craven breeze up purchase Heyba who was sold to David Redvers on behalf of Qatar Racing.

Maggie Lou is currently in foal to Free Eagle after unfortunately losing her foal by Equiano.
